After School Club

The After School Club (ASC) provides an environment for young adults (16+) to meet daily, spend time with peers and practice and achieve goals. Participants will develop life skills, gain independence in our community, socialize, and have fun. Activity examples include cooking/baking, weekly outings, games, and many more to choose from. ASC meets at Hand in Hand’s People with Purpose Clubhouse (1985 Spruce Hills Drive in Bettendorf) on school days from 2:45-5:00pm. This program is designed for high school students and super seniors.

Participants attending ASC should arrange transportation from their high school/project search location to the PWP Clubhouse each day.

Adventurous Summer Club

Adventurous Summer Club is a unique summer program designed for individuals 16-21 years. This 3 day/week option delivers fun, social, community-based activities-with an emphasis on independence-for teens and young adults of all abilities. ASC is going places! Every day will include cool adventures in the Quad Cities area and beyond.
